They replaced the rotted decking and steps with tongue and groove cedar flooring, meticulously installed the custom-milled fretwork, and pieced it all together for a perfect fit. To us it looked spectacular – definitely a job well done.  The house was even given an “honorable mention” in the working tour section of the 2005 Historic Irvington Home Tour guidebook for its new look.
